After losing both his legs and his left hand in an ATV accident three years ago, Andy Eckhoff is continuing to get back to doing all the things he's always loved to do. The purpose of the University of Minnesota Extension intern program is for college students to learn more about the field of youth development. Youth programs are already planned in New York Mills, Henning and Parkers Prairie.
