The Perham/New York Mills girls tennis team made it two straight 7-0 victories when they defeated Crosby-Ironton on Sept. 10 in Crosby.
The victory came after a convincing 7-0 home win over Detroit Lakes and it was the first road win of the season for the Yellowjackets.
The Yellowjackets swept all four singles matches in straight sets and won two of the three doubles matches in three sets. The other was a straight set win for Perham/NYM.
Keira Radniecki was victorious at No. 1 singles over Monica Stokman 6-2, 6-2. Avery Beachy earned a 6-0, 6-3 victory at No. 2 singles for the Yellowjackets.
Mallory Belka rolled at No. 3 singles when she defeated Teresa Goodwin in straight sets 6-2, 6-0.

Jaden Hackel followed with a 6-2, 6-3 win at No. 4 singles when she defeated Margaret Silgen in straight sets.
Kendra Moris and LaVonne Lindberg defeated Bella Sablan and Ella Lewandwoski at No. 1 doubles in straight sets. Moris and Lindberg won the first set 6-3 and battled in a close set to win 7-5 in set No. 2.
Maggie Trites and Katie Johnson went the distance defeating Ellen Silgen and Sydney Roberts at No. 2 doubles. Trites and Johnson dropped the first 5-7, but won 6-2 and 10-8 in the second and third sets.
Grayce Mickelson and Maya Radniecki were victorious at No. 3 doubles. They dropped the first set as well 3-6 to Natalja Tauzell and Isabelle Vignieri. However, they responded with a 6-4 and 10-7 victory in the second and third sets.
The Yellowjackets are back in action when they return home to take on Park Rapids Area on Sept. 15 at 4:30 p.m. at the Perham Tennis Courts.
