The Region IV boxing tournament will be held Friday and Saturday, March 29-30, at the Wadena Armory. Bouts begin at 7:30 p.m.
Boxers from Wadena, Fergus Falls, Leech Lake, Brainerd, Hibbing, Detroit Lakes, Willmar, St. Cloud and White Earth will compete in Class A and B bouts.
Wadena Class A boxers include: Kevin Harper-114 pounds; John Johnson-132; Blake Herron-141; T.J. Steward-152, and Cole Cottrell-165.
Class B and Junior bouts include: Albert Boldt-132 and Trystan Powers-90.
Female boxers include: Nikola Schulz-110; Anissa Mench-120 and Kira Olilla-145.
Class A winners adance to the Upper Midwest Tournament held at Palace Casino-Cass lake, Saturday, April 27 at 7 p.m and Sunday the 28th beginning at 1 p.m.
