The Perham girls basketball team recently announced its award winners for the 2011-2012 season.
Senior Katrina Moenkedick, who is the school's all-time leading scorer, was named as honorable mention to the Minnesota All State team and a Minnesota State Miss Basketball candidate. Moenkedick was also named as the Heart O'Lakes Conference Most Valuable Player.
Becky Stoll was named to the HOL First Team All conference and was joined by Lexy Karvonen and Suzanne Colman as honorable mention.
The Lady Jackets as a team were recognized by being named to the Academic All State team, while Moenkedick and Coleman were awarded individually.
Statistical awards were given out to: rebounds leader Katrina Moenkedick, 211 rebounds; assists leader Becky Stoll, 83 assists; steals leader Katrina Moenkedick, 99 steals; field goal percentage leader Katrina Moenkedick, 54 percent; three point field goal percentage leader Becky Stoll, 32 percent; and free throw percentage leader Lexy Karvonen, 72 percent.

The team-voted awards were given out to: most improved, Alli Smith; hustle award, Suzanne Coleman; offensive player of the year, Katrina Moenkedick; and defensive player of the year, Suzanne Coleman.
