MOORHEAD – Perham senior Levi Richter wasted no time in breaking his own pole vault record this season.

Richter cleared 14-feet in the Heart-O'Lakes indoor meet at Concordia-Moorhead on Tuesday. His previous mark of 13-feet, 10-inches was the previous school record set last season.
