Perham Area Gymnastics Academy sends 6 competitors to regions in Wisconsin

PERHAM – The Perham Area Gymnastics Academy will have six area gymnasts moving on to regional competition after their performances at the state competition held March 24-26 in Minneapolis.

The academy sent 12 competitors to the Minnesota State USA Gymnastics meet. To advance to the meet, the gymnasts need to receive an all-around score of 34 or more at a sanctioned USAG meet during the year.

The competitors included Level 6 gymnasts Maecyn Carlson, Daisy Carlson, Claire Mickelson, Aubree Huseth, Lucy M. and Avaya Myers; Level 7 gymnasts Elise Reuter and Addison Hill; Level 8 gymnast Aryanna Myers; and Level 9 gymnasts Sam Close, Lydia Klettke and Maggie Schander.

The Regional IV USAG gymnastics meet in Wisconsin is April 14-16.
