A young couple each had the duck tattooed on their ankles and tracked him down to take a selfie. He gets at least a dozen emails a day from fans.

Return of the boots: WE Fest kicks off three-days of country music in Detroit Lakes

Thousands of country music fans gathered at Soo Pass Ranch, outside of Detroit Lakes, on Thursday for the annual WE Fest country music festival, which runs through Aug. 6. Country music superstar Jason Aldean headlined the first night's music, which also included performances from: Chris Janson, Blanco Brown, Elvie Shane, and Hitchville, throughout the day.

With opening day less than a month away, Minnesota State Fair looking for more than 1,000 workers

Fair officials said the 1,200 open positions are among more than 2,700 employees hired each year to staff the fair, which runs Aug. 25-Sept. 5. Positions include ticket sellers, ticket takers, parking and park & ride attendants, barn attendants and custodians.
