Perham residents and businesses were out and about on Tuesday morning, shoveling and snow blowing to clear their driveways and sidewalks after the winter's first significant snowfall hit on Sunday and continued through Monday. After a brief lull in the snowfall during the day Tuesday, flurries were expected to start up again in the afternoon. The East Otter Tail County area is under a storm warning until Thursday morning.
