“They (Goodneighbors Properties) feel the final design fits well with the character of both the former Hatchery buildings and the downtown Battle Lake area,” said Battle Lake Economic Development Director Val Martin. “The final floor plan will feature 15 to 20 apartments and 12,000 to 15,000 square feet of commercial space.”
