The Lakers beat Morris Benson Area 7-3 at Kent Freeman Arena on Tuesday night behind Boehne’s three-gal night–two of them coming in a four-goal second period for Detroit Lakes.

After a 1-1 first period, Spencer Bergman scored to open the second before Boehne’s third goal of the game gave the Lakers a 4-2 lead. Jacob Thomas, Cole Larson and Jordan Fields added goals to help Detroit Lakes cruise past the Storm.
